The site is easily found, beautifully clean, and typically welcoming. There are few facilities for children, thus the site is possibly more suited to those seeking a quiet time away. Spacing is more than adequate, there are a number of fields housing wooden lodges, static caravans, touring units, and tents.
However, the owner is, in my opinion, rude and intimidating at times. A grossly misinformed man, rather too fond of pontificating about his legal prowess.
The only other quibble in terms of the site itself, is that telephone reception on certain networks is poor.
Assuming the avoidance of the owner is possible, Misty Waters Caravan Park can be so relaxing and stress free. There are also many delightful attractions within reasonable striking distance. Locals are most welcoming too.
Sadly after several years of enjoyment on this site, it appears that I shall only be returning with a Bailiff and Police.
