We visited this restaurant for lunch yesterday - it was one of the best meals out we've had for a long time, in lovely surroundings and with very attentive staff.
My wife and I shared the antipasto platter for a starter. She then had spaghetti with king prawns as a main. I had a wonderful dish called small plates - almost like tapas - there are about 8 items in the small plates, and you can have any number of them - I had 3, Risotto Carbonara, Arancini (which are crispy Risotto balls) and Calzones. They were all fantastic. My wife then had the frozen yoghurt for dessert, and I had the special, which was praline tiramisu - exquisite!
Our 5 year old granddaughter had the kids menu, which was a salad for starters, pineapple pizza for main, and ice cream for dessert. She declared it all rather delicious!
The staff were amazingly attentive - very polite, and our granddaughter was quite taken with the fact that the main waiter introduced himself by name - 'they don't normally tell you there name, do they Grandad?'!!
All in all, highly recommended, and we will be back!
