Ideal for one or two night stays. Friendly receptionist. Compact clean room. Comfortable firm bed. We asked for extra pillows, which were delievered to our room. Pleased to be able to open a window. Good powerful shower. As expected no hot drink facilities but plenty of choice next door at the service station. Parking was easy and free. There is a small pond/lake at the back of the hotel for walking and a children's play area.

The night we stayed the planes coming into Heathrow woke my husband up in the morning. We heard no noise from other guests.

There is building work being carried out at the moment adding 20 new room I believe.

I would stay again if I was in the area.

The hotel was basic but better than expected. Room was small but v. clean and sheets were of good quality cotton. I asked for extra pillows and a hairdyer which weren't in the room and these were sent to the room straight away (at no extra cost). Staff were friendly and business like. The motorway service station it is in is ok, 24 hr McDonalds and Starbucks, if you like that sort of thing. If I was staying longer I would have booked into a nice hotel in Beaconsfiled but if you want a cheap overnight stay costing 40 quid for two this is fine.

Does what it says on the tin, new and clean but rooms very clinical so feels more like a hospital room than hotel room.

Very surprising that wifi isn't free or is so expensive, especially when you can get it for free in the service station

Very convenient for an early meeting in London. I parked down the road at Hillingdon and took the tube into London. Easy to get back onto the M40 after. Service station food though if you are planning on arriving early. Travelling late the night before the meeting is easy.

Second time here ahead of an early morning flight from Heathrow. It irks me to be offered overnight stays at £150+ for at best very average hotels on the Bath Road. So £45 for one night is acceptable - even if, whenever I arrive, it seems like I could get another £10+ off by just turning up. However that way there is no guarantee you wont be sleeping in the car park.

Mind, the wafer thin mattress tops a solid base - so maybe a nice reclining car seat may be more comfortable.

Air con unit didn't work, and so basic there's no kettle or tea/coffee equipment - and a measly piece of soap that doesn't lather. Accomodation was clean and the shower worked a treat - even if it does open onto the room.

Not bad value then (I wish I could risk just turning up on spec) - and as a way for softening you up for the rigours of airport security and departure lounges it is perfect! 20 minute drive from Heathrow at 06.30 hours.

Room Tip: There is no such thing at this hotel!
