This is our second stay at a Premier Inn and we were certainly not disappointed.
Although the "Reception" Area was a bit disappointing being Small and Pokey and the Water Pressure to the Bathroom was low the rest of the Hotel amenities were to the usual High Standards.
The Staff were Very friendly and Obliging and the Bedrooms were Clean and well Appointed with a Flat Screen large TV, Kettle and Hairdryer.
The ajoining Restaurant was Disappointing.
The Staff were friendly enough but the Service was Slow and needed Reminding that Us the Customer was there and needed Serving.
On the two nights that we were there the Food was at a Low Standard and Quality.
As we were only on a Short Visit we accepted it but We DID Complain and received Polite Reactions from the Staff.
The problem is that this particular Premier Inn is a bit out of "The Way" with no other choice of Restaurant so this issue needs addressing.
As we are Zoo goers i wouldn,t stay at This Premier Inn again but would try the other Premier Inn which was located a few miles down the road as that had a Harvester Restaurant beside it.
That is a Shame as the Table Table Restaursnt lets the Hotel down and will account for the Hotels "Lack of Trade/"
Other than that the Parking was good and we had a Very comfortable two nights sleep.

We has a lovely time staying at this Premier Inn. The staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival, although the self check-in machines were out of order. Our room was clean and spacious and our bed was luxuriously large. The room boasted a huge flat screen television and although the hotel is situated right next to the main road the rooms are totally soundproof and we had a fantastic night's sleep. The Table Table restaurant next door was manned by extremely friendly staff, although we were asked to move to a smaller table halfway through our evening after we had ordered food. The waitress in our new location seemed surprised to see us and asked us if we would like to order again. After telling her that we had already done so she seemed very confused. This was not her fault, merely a lack of communication from the waiting staff. We had a pleasant evening and an enjoyable meal, although my "rare" sirloin steak was overcooked. All in all we had a nice evening and the staff at both Table Table and the Premier Inn are to be commended for their friendliness and efficiency.

Arrived at about 8.30pm to find the check in unattended. There were two self service check in machines. Having stood there for a few mins during which no-one appeared I checked myself in. Wanted room only, but machine wanted me to have breakfast. May have been my error, but had to re-start to get rid of breakfast option. Just don't think it's reasonable to have completely unattended check in. I'm reasonably IT literate. If you weren't, or had poor English, not sure how long you would have needed to wait to get help.
Hotel itself is normal Premier Inn standard, ie good clean and warm room. I wouldn't normally comment on Premiers, and have always been reasonably happy with them, just disappointed at the lack of staff in the reception. Would have commented as we left but only member of staff who was then in reception was on a long telephone call (from a customer) and I couldn't wait any longer.
Never had this issue with Premier before and hope it isn't a new trend!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. At Premier Inn it remains our main objective to deliver a high standard of service in all our establishments and I am sorry to learn that on this occasion we failed to provide this. Please be assured this matter will be followed up with the Management. Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel.

Typical premier inn standard, which I have always found good, clean & comfortable. My only grumble is the Table Table restaurant attached is a let down. It was nearly three hours to complete our main meal at night due to very slow service, then we had to wait 30 minutes in the morning for a cooked breakfast. When we asked politely when the breakfast would be ready, a rather surly manager informed us that the breakfasts were always cooked fresh and she would hurry them up, but we explained we had ordered 30 minutes ago and as we had a meeting to go to we really needed it as soon as possible.
The breakfast then came out to us without items like tomatoes which we had ordered, when we asked about the tomatoes we were then told quite briskly '' well you did want your order quickly so I hurried the chef up''! not once did we get a sorry I will go and get them........we ate what we were given and left.
Its only a minor point but the advice is if you are using this hotel as an overnight stay to catch a plane in the morning from Luton make sure you put your order for breakfast as soon as you go into the room, or don't risk it and stay with the breakfast buffet bar instead.
Advice to Table Table – employ more kitchen staff and invest in a course of customer service for your employees!

Nice little premier inn, staff are friendly without being over friendly.... which is good as you can always tell sincerity

Only problem is it literally is in the middle of nowhere, even dunstable is the good part of a tenner in a cab, and luton/luton airport about 15 in a cab

For non locals please be aware of that, its not like there are `local parks` and all that you can walk around.. there literally is nothing anywhere near.. please be aware of that :)

Great little premier inn, and if your working/ a contractor/ or just need to be in the area.. then definatly choose this place

Another trip to see the kids and I decided to take them out of London and over to Whipsnade zoo, this Premier Inn being the closet. I would say that £31 for a room is very competitive and the location made getting to the zoo the next day very easy. Not knowing the area at all I had some trouble finding the hotel having first gone into Dunstable for us all to have some food. My SATNAV could not find it from the post code or the street name. Had we gone there direct I think it would have been straight forward as it is on the A5 prior to joining the M1.

Our family room was basically a double bed with two singles one after the other making things a bit tight for space. That said the room was clean and tidy with everything working as it should.

The pub/ restaurant was excellent on the evening and the costa coffee machine sorted us out with coffee and hot chocolates as we checked out.

Overall good solid value for money and a great location if you are off to Whipsnade Zoo.
