“Great business stay”
Reviewed March 4, 2013 via mobile

Stayed in this premier inn for three nights, indeed very clean and tidy. Bedroom was spotless with plenty of space. Entire staff was very helpful throughout the stay and meal in restaurant was great. However, Tesco extra is just walking distance. Strongly recommend.

Stayed here for one night , family room , everything very good , however breakfast very dissappointing . The help yourself food was fine but the cooked breakfast was so greasy. The room was modern and very clean with a large flat screen TV .

We just spent 2 nights at this Inn and had a fantastic stay, staff were very efficient and kinds, The room we stayed in was a double and was spotless I tried to find some dirt and gave up, the Bed was very comfortable and the 40 inch tele was in a very good position to relax and watch from bed, the bathroom was spotless and what a lovely deep bath. We were surprised how little noise we heard concidering the hotel is off a busy roundabout. We would Highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, the all you can eat full english premier breakfast was well worth the money as well.

The second floor rooms would be aided by having a lift, especially if you're carrying luggage, however there isn't one.
I noticed that water pressure was poor in my second floor room, and presumably this is because it's tank-fed. Consequently the shower pressure isn't as good as other PI's.
Otherwise they've got big tv screens on the wall, the breakfast and evening meal is fine, and all the staff were excellent.
There's a newsagents about 100m away - Premier Inn really should start selling newspapers.

Room Tip: If you have mobility issues, don't take a second floor room

We booked this hotel to stay near to family in Dunstable during the Christmas holidays. I managed to book the special deal of £29 per night which is an amazing price. The hotel is quite new and is typical of the Premier Inn standard rooms. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant served a good breakfast and was reasonably priced. We had a really bad sleep on the second night as someone had now moved into the room above us and sounded like they were coming through the ceiling all night! We complained when we checked out and they honoured their sleep promise and refunded us that nights rate. The staff were extremely helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.
