We booked this hotel to stay near to family in Dunstable during the Christmas holidays. I managed to book the special deal of £29 per night which is an amazing price. The hotel is quite new and is typical of the Premier Inn standard rooms. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant served a good breakfast and was reasonably priced. We had a really bad sleep on the second night as someone had now moved into the room above us and sounded like they were coming through the ceiling all night! We complained when we checked out and they honoured their sleep promise and refunded us that nights rate. The staff were extremely helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.

Clean and comfortable room.
We didn't check in until around midnight and the front reception staff member could have been a bit more friendly. I had pre-booked a (non-refundable) room for the night for 2 adults, but upon collecting our room key was asked if we needed another set of towels as there was only one set in the room!

The room was fairly spacious with tea/coffee making facilities, shower gel / liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom. There was no telephone in the room - something which I hadn't ever experienced in a hotel before. I had to look at their online website through my mobile phone to see what time check-out was!

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on that.
Plenty of parking and although our room did face the main road, it wasn't too noisy.
The room rate was slightly more expensive than nearby / city centre hotels, but we thought we'd try somewhere different.
Overall, an okay hotel for an overnight stay.

We travelled from Northern Highlands to Luton to visit family and decided that this hotel was convenient for our stay. From the on-line booking to prompting us to book a table for our arrival in the evening, everything was well-thought out with staff available to to discuss matters on the end of a phone where clarification was required. Comfortable, clean, and well serviced - our stay was a joy!
