Stayed for one night. Easy booking process and a good price considering free wifi and breakfast is included. A good sized room. Everything new and clean since the hotel is brand new. Modern design. Large shower, flat screen TV and two types of pillows. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was varied and well presented. Overall, could not fault it and will be using them again.

We booked this (1 night stay) through late rooms, we paid just £34 and we have certainly got a bargain. The staff have been absolutely superb ( so far) on booking in, we were shown the way to the lift or if we preferred stairs the direction to the stairs, I noticed and found it good evidence in the use of E & D, usually the stairs are indicated first with the statement " and if you need a lift there's one just there" the receptionist also noticed I had a tissue on my thumb and asked with a casual caring tone, "what have you done, can I get you a plaster and wipe?" Very nice welcome, I thought. Looking forward to the rest of our stay, have you any comments from your experience with the Holiday in group?

Stayed there for 8 nights for work related matter as this was the best price we could find in the area. Typical HI express breakfast and free Wifi, newspaper was included. Wifi reception is excellent even though it blocks access to skype probably through a firewall. Skype calls gets connected but quality is poor even through a VPN. When a mobile broadband is used it connects to skype as usual. View through the first floor room window is nice. Room is spacious but no place to keep the clothes except for 5-6 hangers. Room is warm and temperature control works fine. Always had ample free parking irrespective of the day or the time. There is a KFC, ASDA and Dunstable shopping centre about 2 miles down on A5 London road to the right.

Hotel very new, Pleasing decor in tiptop condition. Good selection of drinks and snacks in vending machines for late arrivals. Rooms well fitted out except no bath in bathroom, only a shower. Included breakfast adequate providing fruit, cereals, bread, rolls etc.as well as three hot dishes. One of these was baked beans which I wouldn't have selected as an essential basis for a British breakfast. Also I like marmalade on my toast or roll but only jam and honey were available.
As is so often with British Hotels the cooling component of the aircon was switched off but as it was December and possible to open a window this was not such a problem - just hope they switch it on in summer.

Very easy to find, right on the A5, and with plenty of free parking and only 6 miles from Luton airport made it a very conveniant stopover and certainly better value than closer airport Hotels.

Friendly and helpful staff.

What can you say, this is a perfect example of a very good budget hotel. Very quiet night and an ok breakfast which was basically good except for the possibly powdered scrambled egg but £45 all in what to you expect.

Not a very happy 1st visit the room was clean enough but the night sleep was unsettled due to a noisy fan and a very small duvet cover not big enough for a couple Electric sockets not working . Did not have a very good selection of breakfasts unless you like scrambled egg and very small sausages. Complained via Emails(3) but with no replies. Would certainly not be using Holiday Inn Express again

We had an end of year team meeting here followed by all of us staying over having dined out locally. The hotel team arranged everything with energy and were always amiable and helpful. Meeting room was large and excellent value, rooms very modern, clean, comfortable and far superior than many budget places. They booked taxis to and from our eatery and couldn't have been more accommodating. Best hotel in central Dunstable and much better value than the OPL.

Perhaps the bar could do with expanding the range of drinks available but that's about it.
