Truly a beautiful place!! We went while on a tour and were blown away by the majesty of this place. The people were very pleasant and nice. There were some Mayan People playing music as we descended in to the cenote which added to the experience. The water was cold but pretty clear. Beautiful place, glad we went .

We decided on a detour from colonial Valladolid to the Tulum beaches. Suytun Cabañas were fun and safe. We paid about 40 usd for a cabana, cenote en trance for 3, beers, breakfast, and a huge pool all to ourselves. In the morning we had the whole cenote to ourselves. The huge circular cave and morning light was amazing and definitely a trip highlight.

First off this place would be impossible to find with out a car. While in Valladolid we attempted to get directions to the hotel but no one knew where it was.
When we finally reached it at 4:45pm after a 4 hour drive, we were starving. We wanted to throw our stuff down, rinse off and eat. When we walked to the restaurant at 4:57pm we were informed the restaurant was closed. The staff was unwilling to feed us and didn't offer any suggestions of places to eat. They were rude and incredibly unhelpful.
In the morning we wanted to get an early start, and found that breakfast wouldn't be served until 9am. I'm completely baffled as to why this place didn't want to feed us.
The room itself is very basic and at the very least had good air conditioning. The cenote is beautiful but there are so many in the Yucatan, you wouldn't be missing out by not stopping here.
