This restaurant is right on the grand playa in Valladolid. Recommended by our concierge, we stopped in for lunch on our way to Chitzen Itza. Great recommendation! The food was terrific. The tacos, shrimp, and empanadas were fresh and delicious. The value is great, and the decor is wonderful. Campanas means bells, so walk over and look at the unusual bells hanging in front of the bar. Also take a look at the great art on the walls. You won't see that in America.

We enjoyed our dinner here. It was crowded with locals and although the food is nothing special, everything we had was good and very reasonably priced.

Quality of the food was average at the most and it always took some time to get the attention of the staff. There are definitely better options close by.

We had dinner here and although there are nicer looking restaurants around the park, this one is where the locals eat.

We had papa queso which is like having a cheese pizza (the cheese is the base) with veggies on top - weird but nice.

We also has the stuffed jalapeños which were tasty.

Go for the margaritas, they are big, icy and really good - and cheap!

Nice place, staff ok. I only found the food (supposed to be real yucatan meal) "interesting" - it was not what I expected but it was not a mistake of the restaurant
