Just back from two weeks staying at BP Coba. A great resort and part of a very large complex divided into three areas - Coba, Akumal & Tulum. Very friendly, efficient service right across the complex.
Good internal transport system to go between the areas and also to the beach.
Food are great with a very wide range. Besides the buffet meals we had 6 meals at specialist restaurants within the complex. All v.g. although the Japanese and Brazilian were, in my opinion, the best.
There is also a golf course on the complex, which is included in the price although you do have to hire a buggy so it is not entirely "free". Bit of a killer from the back tees but very enjoyable from the normal tees. Lots of water and sand. Take lots of balls!
Our group of 6 ranged from 64 to a 3 year old. We all enjoyed the resort and would go back tomorrow. Rather hot in July and would probably be more enjoyable if slightly cooler.More
