Description: Experience the best of contemporary Asian cuisine at Aramara, where influences from the Far East are blended with a taste of Mexico. Aramara - "sacred place by the ocean" in the native Huichol language - combines the simplicity of contemporary Asian cuisine with the produce and seafood of the Pacific, fresh from the shores of Punta Mita and the neighbouring fishing village of Sayulita, near Puerto Vallarta.

“Good food, great service.”
Reviewed April 16, 2013 via mobile

Had made a late night reservation through the concierge as we were staying at the hotel. We had eyes the online menu at the FS website and were wanting to try the pachinko oysters, but noticed they weren't on the menu. Asked about them and the waiter talked to the chef and the were able to make them for us. Oysters were great, so was the snapper crudo and the short-rib w udon noodles. For desert we had the banana fritters w coconut ice cream. Overall a great meal. Not sure if I would come here if I wasn't staying at the FS as I would like to try other options, but I wouldn't rec against this place.

“Wonderful food”
Reviewed April 7, 2013

Our first night at the Four Seasons, this was the only place we could get table before 9:30pm. We were a little worried by the concept of Asian food in Mexico but were in for a happy surprise. The food was great. The service great and the view and breeze from our table really nice. The Spicy lobster noodles were spicy and yummy, the duck was great. We had a nice bottle of wine and came back 2 days later. Really nice job.

“Best high end restaurant in Punta Mita”
Reviewed February 17, 2013

Located in the Four Seasons Resort, this is the place to go for a top class dinner. Everything the group ordered was excellent. However, my absolutely most favorite dish on the menu is the Kobe extra thin sliced beef cooked over a super hot rock. When I go back , I'm going to have this dish as an appetizer , and dinner, ( a double portion , of course ). The setting is very beautiful as well with full ocean view.

“Mexican/Asian with style.........”
Reviewed January 25, 2013

If you are dining at the Four Seasons only once, choose this restaurant. Although promoted as Asian cuisine, it clearly retains Mexican flavors and ingredients. Although a bit pricey, you get extra little amenities of a starter snack, wonderful breads, and a small post-dinner sweet treat.

The space is beautiful and the menu extensive. We ate here three times and did not repeat anything. Tuna and duck entrees were among our favorites. We also enjoyed starters such as lobster tacos, beef cooked on a “rock”, and potstickers with pork and spinach. For dessert there are some wonderful choices, including a chocolate soufflé.

This is a very elegant environment, no more expensive than the other FS restaurants. It was my favorite.
