Over Christmas last year a friend of mine told me about small village in Mexici, Ajijic.
I had been looking for a place to live South of the border, in fact, my mind was made up to relocate to Buenos Aires.
I began looking at Ajijic and decided to visit. I had read about Adobe Walls and decided to call for a reservation. Don, the husband of the husband and wife team, an American, answered the phone and within a few minutes I had a reservation, weather forecast and directions.
I arrived a few days later and was welcomed to Adobe Walls by Kimberly, the wife. I felt like I was at home. There is not much I can say about my stay, the room was great, a nice bathroom, a lot of hot water and pressure for my shower. The breakfast could not have been better. I eat gluten free and there was no problem accommodating my requests.
The location of Adobe Walls is perfict, about 5 minute walk from just about everything in Ajijic. There is even a free phone for all calls, local and even to North America.
I would recommend this B&B to anyone.
