We first stayed at the Haciende Guadalupe in July of 2009. We enjoyed it so much we decided to go back for a Birthday/Thanksgiving celebration.
The Sanchez's spare no expense in making their guest's feel welcome and comfortable. The environment is mellow, laid back and easy going - just as Mexico should be. Oh, and the views of the valley are amazing!
If one is interested in wine tasting, this is not a problem as there are 45 wineries/vineyards in the area and the Sanchez's are more than happy to provide directions and offer their own opinions - they know good wine by the way.
The rooms are beautiful, the food is amazing, the service is great and everybody is very warm and friendly.
We plan to go back very, very soon....
