“Now That's a Good Pizza Pie”
Review of Pizza Richelieu

Normally in Canada, I don't eat Italian since I have yet to find that "over the top" joint yet. Ok, hold the iPhone, maybe I got a winner. Pizza Richelieu had a great pie, great toppings, price was right, and the place inside was looking good. Great service, had a nice glass of Italian red wine for $7.50, and a mushroom pizza. The tomato sauce was slightly on the acetic side, but the crust was a home run. I am the type of guy that just loves the New York thin crust style too. Bon appétit

Excellent service and very tasty Italian food. Pizza as one would expect as well as lasagna and alfredo. The sauce has a unique flavor that we really liked.
The enclosed patio has a nice view of the canal and bike path across the street.

This is a typical pizza place. They have a wood burning pizza oven and serve pizza and pasta as well as non-italian dishes. The restaurant was recently renovated and looks nicer. Service is OKK. However, the star is their pizza. The best I have ever had.

The food over the years has always been good and priced reasonable. Try you'll like it. Special tasting sauce on the pizza

This restaurant is located right on the locks of the canal along side the Richelieu River so it has a beautiful view. Newly renovated it's extremely comfortable, clean and pleasing to the eye. The new menu is awesome....though they are reknowned for their pizza (sauce recipe passed down through the generations)...the new menu boasts quebec lamb shanks, freshly made gnocci, a chocolate cake dessert with homemade raspberrry gelato to die for and much much more! The plates are so beautifully arranged it is almost to good to eat! Family owned and worked, I will go back again and again!
