We went there with our 2 year old son on a vacation to PEI. It was a simple and inexpensive meal. Nothing fancy, but good to the taste buds and satisfying for the price. The seafood chowder was excellent. The waitress was lovely and so were the surroundings!

We arrived in Murray River on a wet night, and Brehaut's was the only place to eat in the local area. To be honest, it didn't look much, and the wait for a table almost put us off, but we stuck with it. Once we actually got to our table, the service was good, the food was good, and the pecan pie was great. They just need to work out how to make visitors feel welcome in those first few critical moments, and they'll have it sorted.

We arived here on the day of the poker run and they were swamped. We ordered our meal to go and ate at the picnic tables. I had the clam platter which came with fries , coleslaw, homemade bun and peas for only $7.99 and you got lots. Others got the fish and chips and club sandwhich. All reasonable and tasted great. We went back the next day we enjoyed it so much!

Little bit crowded and warm but food was nice. It was a warm day and we wished for air conditioning but the food made up for it.

Make a reservation or be prepared to wait but know that it is worth the wait. The chowder was incredible, our main courses were very good, and the pecan pie out of this world.
