We planned to camp overnight in Cavendish in late September 2012, but unfortunately it was raining the night we were there. Everyone else who owned cottages in Cavendish refused us stating they had a three night minimum. We called Parkview and they were more than willing to help us. Their off-season rate was $80 per night. The couple who owned the farm were very hospitable and even offered us two large cucumbers from their gardens. The cottages were very spacious and include sat. TV, full kitchen and an amazing view of the water. We could have spent a week there. Only about fifteen minutes from PEI Perserve Co. and about 40 minutes to Charlottetown.
