Would be willing to try it again. Was there a few years ago, just after moving to the area and the food was the typical bar food.

A friend and I stopped by for dinner on Wing night during the last week of August. The place was packed but we did find a table on the patio. Once we were seated our waitress immediately came over and told us that their kitchen was behind, because they were so busy. She said she would keep us supplied with drinks if we wanted to stay but would understand if we left. We opted to stay and sure enough she was attentive and when our food came the wings were great. Well cooked and the sauce was good too.
I dont always have the time to wait, but on a beautiful summer evening it wasnt too much of a hardship.

Terrible service, and terrible food! Went there on Sat. of the Sept. long weekend, the place was empty, but we still had to chase a waitress down after sitting unattended for 20 mins. Took over an hour to get 1 round of drinks and our appetizers. Nachos were burnt, bread was stale, and there was white crud floating in our water glasses. Waitress was very unattentive, and the place was dead. We were just looking for a great place to have a few drinks/some food after golfing (we arent picky). Will never go back. There are alot better places in town, just down the street!

read some of the other reviews, it sounds like this place might not be much fun after dark, but we went there for dinner at 6 pm on a Sunday, and had a really good meal. wasn't very busy, when every other well rated place in town was packed, so we ended up here by default. we were seated fairly quickly, got menus immediately, drink order was taken within 5 minutes, came back with drinks and took our food order within another 5, so we were satisfied with the service. fairly lengthy list of beers on tap. they had OV on tap, if you can believe that. we both had 10" sirloins, and both were what we asked for (medium-rare and medium, respectively). i had the butternut squash soup for starters, and it was really good. it may have been homemade. she had the ceasar salad-steak combo thing. the ceasar salad dressing and the croutons were homemade as far as I could tell, and was just great. steaks were quite good. no room for desert. we were quite happy with the food and service. only negative: went to wash my hands before dinner, the mens washroom was pretty disgusting. reeked of urine and was dirty. think i had more bacteria on me when i came out of that cesspool. anyways, bring purell and you'll be fine :D

We go to the Queen's regularly. I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal there. Always lots of food and we always get great service. I love that I pay for dinner but always have enough left over for lunch the next day.... two meals in one!
