Went to Makimoto recently. Ordered the all you can eat menu for dinner.

Was fun at first and enjoyable but then the amount of fried food starts making you feel a little sick. Portions actually served were much smaller than the pictures in the menu. Service was robotic and servers had no personalities. The food was generally good but some items were gross like the deep fried bananas. Outside fried hot - inside was still cold - obviously there were frozen and then thrown in the deep fryer.
To be fair some of the Tempera Shrimps and Sushi was great. This place is good for a visit but not sure I would go back for the money.

We tried ordering and we tried delivery. People are rude they suck and they don't care. Probably one of the worst places been to. Will never EVER go there again.

Went to this restaurant today with 2 Chinese friends. Have not been there since it was renovated. The decor was very nice. Our waitress never smiled once.

We were not impressed with the food although the selection was very good. The sushi was very dry. The meat dishes were VERY hard so much so they were inedible. Told the waitress . She just took the dishes away without a word of apology. The noodles were soggy . The shrimp with the noodles were very cool. The Sashimi was Ok

The buffet was $17.99 plus $2 for a cup of green tea. Water was free.

The desert was the best part.

It was not worth the drive.

Our visit after a year was no different to the previous years
We always make it a point to visit and eat here specially on birthdays in the family.
The food was excellent, service impeccable, and ambience good.
Taste maintained the same over the no of years we have been coming
Keep it up
