“Come for a beer... not a meal”

Nice looking little pub. Cozy. But my "fresh baked panni" was nothing but a store bought sub bun. The sandwich was barely toasted and cold. Very little brie, cranberrys or red pepper jelly, so I pad 12 bucks for cold ham sandwich. Poutine was ok, yummy gravy, but this was also sort of cold. No cheese curds just shreded cheese. I had a bite of the store bought "chocolate explosion cake" and found it to be stale. Server was friendly but would not go again.

“Large group at short notice”
Reviewed November 17, 2013

We visited with a group of about 20 people on a Friday evening. We called about 1/2 hour prior and were easily accommodated. It was obvious that with limited staff the size of our group posed a challenge, though the service was friendly. The menu offers typical pub fare, ranging from nachos, fish and chips to pizza and wiener schnitzel. The food was acceptable, but the wait was long. The pub itself could use some "TLC" including a fresh coat of paint and new or cleaned carpet. Overall, an average dining experience that met our expectations for a casual meal that could accommodate our group.

Went at 10PM and they still served us. wings and poutine were good. Lots of beer to choose from. But the best part was the live talent.

“A true pub”
Reviewed October 16, 2013

I shared a Cesar salad with my wife, to-die-for! The burger and fries were yummy, fresh cut fries, large burger with a nice selection of toppings. It feels like a real pub, dark, heavy wood tables, dart boards, brass foot rail along the bar.
