The Masonry has recently opened it's doors and I was delighted to see that it offers both gluten-free choices as well as vegan.
Being from the west coast I was also impressed with the unique blend of ingredients like walnut basil pesto, smoked bocconcini, vintage cheddar and herbed ricotta....just to name a few.
The chef gave us personal attention and he described his vision for his new eatery as providing the freshest local product he can find, coupled with use of forgotten ingredients that ensure unique dishes. I thoroughly enjoyed my farm inspired omelet!
As licensing permits The Masonry will be open for dinner....right now you can only enjoy breakfast and lunch!
