Our first visit was much better than our second. There will not be a third, unfortunately. Here are our reasons why:

There was hair on a dish that was set on the table when our family sat down. With other vacant tables we were given the booth directly beside the bathrooms so I could see into the men's (no door) which was not appetizing. To be specific I couldn't see "in" but I could see the shadows of the males using the facilities. The only other family had the table in front of the bathrooms. So the message is if you go on a Friday night, with children, you will be seated by the bathroom.

The waitress does not speak English, which meant we ended up getting something ordered for our children that they didn't want. We thought we ordered the exact same thing as we ordered on our first visit but wanted white sticky rice to be included as our 8 year old loves it. So she changed the order to something that came with white rice but it was NOT what an 8 and 11 year old would choose eat or share as it was a soup dish in one large bowl with tofu, chicken, noodles and an egg floating on top. For the record, the white rice, which my son was eating, came with another hair! We told the waiter that did speak English but no money was taken off the bill.

If that isn't bad enough, we suspect that this restaurant doesn't have enough dishes as they take them away even before you are finished. The servers are always reaching over you to grab the dishes as soon as you take the last morsel of food, sometimes before. At one point there was nothing for my children to put food on in front of them as the servers took all the bowls and plates and they were sharing a dish in the middle of the table. It doesn't matter who it is as all staff walk by and reach over you to grab your dishes. Once we had to grab a dumpling that was still on the dish as one server just grabbed the plate and was leaving with it.

We enjoyed our first visit but it was after the main lunch hour on a weekend. This visit was around 6:30 on a Friday night. The crowd was loud which isn't the restaurant's fault. But we left hungry (kids didn't want to eat what they were given (not what we ordered and so they ate from our plates) and the bill was over $70 for 2 adults and two children.

Because of the habit of taking dishes without asking and while they are still being used, and because two hairs were found and nothing was taken off our bill, we will not return and can not recommend this restaurant. Too bad, as we enjoyed our first visit very much. My ratings below are poor or terrible for these reasons.

Horrible experience. Very poor service. Our order was lost, then when food arrived it was cold. Complained to Manager who told us we still had to pay full price. Would never go back.

My daughter and her friend took me out for lunch to this restaurant in Orangeville. There was an all-you-can-eat luncheon special for $11.99. You make your choices by ordering from an order card, the sushi is made fresh and brought in good time to your table. There are some soups to choose from and a few "deluxe" items. Be careful not to order too much as there is a financial penalty for not eating all you have ordered. The decor was modern, clean and bright. The service was quick and friendly. There was a good variety of food and it was made fresh and tasted delicious. And it was a good price. What more could you ask for?

I have eaten at this restaurant a few times and found the service to be good. The sushi is fresh, but since it is all you can eat there seems to be less variety and presentation to the sushi. While still a good place for a quick bite, the value is not as great as other places.

Thank you for wonderful food and a great atmosphere! Comprehensive menu and great selection.. I brought in a couple of girlfriends, one of whom had never had sushi before, and we will most definitely be back!
