We stayed at Angeline's Inn in August 2012. We booked it on the recommendations of family and also, the reviews on Tripadvisor. This B&B did NOT live up to my expectations at all.

We stayed in an economy room. Before we arrived I phoned ahead to let them know that I was extremely pregnant and would need several extra pillows. They assured me that it would not be a problem so I did not bring my own with me. Big mistake. Upon arrival there were only two pillows in our room and when I went to ask at the desk about them I waited twenty minutes for the staff to unearth one more pillow.

The economy room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was mystifying. There was absolutely no space to store any of your toiletries, a small shelf would have been great. Also, the pocket door to the bathroom was almost completely glass, and not frosted glass. You would need to be extremely comfortable with whomever you were traveling with because they could watch you use the facilities.

To my knowledge, breakfast was a croissant, juice and coffee per person. I'm not 100% sure since it isn't served before a certain time and we were so hungry we drove to Tim Horton's.

I was very excited to stay here when we booked it, especially after reading so many positive reviews. I would definitely find somewhere else to stay the next time we are in the area. This did not live up to the hype. Maybe the rooms inside the Inn are better.

Dear Guest,
We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us last summer. Since your stay we have continued to improve our Economy units to be more comfortable and practicle. This has included adding more shelving into the bathrooms and frosting all glass doors.
Our room rates of 115 dollars per night are some of the lowest in the area and we are sorry that you did not feel you recieved good value.
We do offer a variety of overnight stay options which range from basic units to larger more luxurious suites in the main Inn. Our goal is to accomodate those who have both big and small budgets. In addition both light and full breakfast options are available starting as early as 8am (and we are always willing to accomodate earlier breakfast requests).
We hope that you give us another chance and perhaps stay in one of the suites.
Sincerely,
Managment

Just returned from a overnight stay, was a large group of us, the food was fantastic the resturant beautiful, the room left a lot to be desired. We stayed in the side rooms, which appear to be old motel rooms, with old motel heater/ac, nasty noise, very difficult to control the heat. The room was very small with one chair a bed and a fold down table. Bathroom was shower only with no ledges for any toiletries, both the bathroom and the sink very low. Would recommend staying in the Inn versus these rooms. Other couple complained of the same type of things. The food was 5 star the room was a 2, that is way the 3 star rating.

Room Tip: Stay in the Inn

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your feedback. We offer a variety of different types of accomodation for different budgest and needs. We appologize that our inn was completely full and that our Newly Renovated ecomony units did not meet your needs. We hope you are able to join us again and perhaps stay in one of the suites instead.
Kind regards,
Alexandre Fida manager

Even in the cold winter months, Angeline's is a perfect place to spend a get-a-way from the big city.
Our two hosts, Joe and Alex, made our stay absolutely perfect. Warm friendly country charm.
Noxon Suite has a little living room, and queen bed with big comfy pillows and mattress and best of all, a nice new bathroom with an amazing rainwater shower!
Our breakfast every morning were fresh baked croissants (delicious), coffee or tea with juice.
Our first time there and would totally recommend.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Noxon Suite but I am sure every room would have it's own charm.

I have just returned from a wonderful experience at Angeline's where I stayed for one night with my daughter in the Angeline Master Suite.

Believe me, I did not expect to find the most beautiful bathroom I've ever encountered, in all my travels, in Bloomfield, Ontario. This spacious room features a large soaker tub, a large rainshower shower in a beautifully designed slate and ceramic tile setting. The sitting room is comfortable and a wonderful place for a leisurely breakfast. My daughter was thrilled by the high "princess bed". The bedroom has a DVD /TV, and there is one in the sitting room as well. There is much to love. The whole inn is filled with fabulous art. The free WiFi was available by immediate connection. The delicious complimentary croissants as well as the other breakfast items we ordered were delicious. The shirred eggs is a must.

But mostly, the hospitality Alex showed us was not only very much appreciated, it is something we will remember. Since it was low season, the bar and restaurant were closed so we will have to come back in May to experience Angeline's in full. Although I am quite sure that we will be back before then... and we will highly recommend this inn to others.

This fall we enjoyed a wonderful stay at Angeline's over the weekend with family. We were 4 couples and we all stayed in the Inn. The Inn has been wonderfully renovated. All the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated, respecting the house's historic traits while providing modern amenities such as wifi and heated bathroom floors. Despite the fact the Inn was full, the rooms were quiet. We were also able to take advantage of a sitting room to relax at the end of the day and enjoy drinks and dessert privately as a group.

The owners and staff were all very friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was comfortable.

The food was delicious and the service was great.

My only wish is that Angeline's would offer a more complete breakfast (beyond juice, coffee/tea and croissants) as part of the stay.

After coming to Prince Edward County for several years, this was our first time to stay in Bloomfield. We will definitely stay at Angeline's again during future visits to the county.

my husband and i recently celebrated our anniversary at the Inn, the decor was beautiful with a mix of modern and antique treasures, lots of local artwork, staff were amazing and accommodating! Waking up to the smell of freshly made croissants and coffee coming from the kitchen was an added treat, dinner was wonderful as well! Angelines will be our yearly anniversary get away as i can't imagine anywhere more lovely to celebrate!

Room Tip: the master suite is the most luxurious but all the rooms are lovely and comfortable, the dining area...

Spent 2 nights and 3 days at Angeline's. We stayed in the economy rooms. It was perfect for us because we can go in and out of the property without feeling like we were bothering other guests. The inn is very well maintained. Our room was very clean.

If you are a light sleeper, I don't recommend the economy rooms as the air conditioner was a bit loud.

The staffs we're very warm and friendly. Breakfast consisted of croissants, tea, or coffee. They also have a breakfast menu for an extra fee. I ordered the shirred eggs one morning and it was simply delicious!!! Please note that you have to pre-order the extra breakfast menu before 7:30pm.
