“Time for Pampering.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 1, 2012

The spa is under new owners. although i came away from the experience relaxed and refreshed, i felt as though it was lacking professionalism. The massage therapist gave me a discount but did only sections of my body when i was expecting full body massage. she did include hot stones in with it which was a wonderful twist. i didnt feel she was dressed professionally. if i had the choice I would probably look elsewhere next time around.

“Relaxing and Calming Sensation”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 24, 2010

The Sapphire Spa really shows the essence of Bayfield. I have lived outside of Bayfield all of my life, and find the spa to reflect the calming beach atmosphere. The staff are really very incredible and accomodating! They make a true effort to invite everyone into part of the Sapphire family! I would and have recommended the Sapphire Spa to local and tourist vistors, and have heard only great things about this facility.
Bayfield is a wonderful place, and the Sapphire Spa adds to the relaxing sensation recieved from this location.

“The Spa”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 21, 2008

I have not stayed at the Little Inn but did spend an afternoon at their spa facility, across the street Sapphire Spa. I must say that the staff were all very friendly but I found the facility rather dirty and not very clean. The spa is in the second floor of a building across the street and you have to walk up a flight of stairs. The carpeting on the stairs was very very dirty, the entire facility was drab and kind of dingy.

Each party was offered a cup of tea from selection from a menu, the problem was that they only had three tea pots!

The paint in the treatment rooms was a pale blue color and the rooms needed to be repainted, it was nothing special!

Like I said before I give the staff full marks, they were excellend but perhaps the owners of the Inn should spend a little money and revamp the place.
