“Fantastic place to stay for the Cabot trail.”
Reviewed June 6, 2010

Really enjoyed the 2 nights we spent here. Kat put us up the first night even though she hadn't quite finished decorating one of the rooms. Great, spacious dining, kitchen and living areas and the private rooms we stayed in was great despite being in mid-renovation. Great place to stay before and after doing the Cabot trail.

Large kitchen, dining and 'living' room. Enjoyed meeting folks from all over. Kat even organized a camp fire with s'mores.

The location was fantastic (not far from the Cabot Trail). The guest house itself was very welcoming and well taken care of! The staff and guests were incredible! So much to do - I really enjoyed the nightly campfires and the sunrise hike! By far the best hostel experience I have ever had!

We stayed at this hostel for 3 nights and the manager (Kat) was just awesome! The hostel was spotlessly clean, nice location and very comfortable. Kat did everything to make you and all the other guests feel at home (fresh flowers in your room!) and cooked up a great turkey dinner for Thanksgiving.
This was a wonderful experience! Thanks a lot! A&P
