We spent two nights here on our first trip to Nova Scotia. We weren't given the room we booked (king bed) initially but were "upgraded" to a one bedroom suite with a smaller bed. That suite was drab and tired looking and very dated! We asked for what we booked and did get the King room. Luckily that room was more refreshed and not so stale looking. The bed was great but the pillows were horrible. So lumpy and old.
The hallways are blah and could use a fresh paint job...preferably with some colour! Not all white which shows every mark.
The restaurant is small and also very dated. The menu was small with not many choices considering there is just the one restaurant. The breakfast buffet was okay, but nothing special.
We didn't use the pools but they looked okay.
All in all an OK place but needs some updatingMore
