As you traverse highway 3 down the lighthouse route be sure to consider this spot for lunch. Probably the best chowder my wife and I have ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious. Served by a friendly smiling waitress. The view of the Mahone Bay is perfect while dining outdoors on a sunny day. Take a few pictures after lunch.

Food was excellent and prices were good. They start you off with cheese cornbread biscuits which were tasty. The four of us shared the Thai Crab Cakes (12.00), the Epic Burger with roasted potatoes (15.00), a big bowl of chowder (11.00) and the stuffed haddock with crab which came with veggies and a twice baked potato. Food was a bit slow coming but they made up for it by giving us all a free dessert each. We had the lemon mousse, Chocolate mud cake and creme brules. They were all yummy and appreciated. We sat at a table with a great view of the inlet.
Our server, Mary, was wonderful! Would return in a heartbeat.

I was here recently with my mother and grandmother for lunch. We arrived just after a large group of people so we were worried the service would be slow but we were impressed at the speed and quality of the service. Our waitress Patti was very helpful and made our experience enjoyable. Even though she was very busy she took the time to discuss menu items and take a photo for us. The haddock chowder is definitely the best chowder I've ever had. They have recently revamped their menu with a number of delicious new selections and we were all very pleased with our appetizers and meals. Creme brûlée for dessert completed our lovely dining experience!

The view from Kedy's is known world-wide - the three churches of Mahone Bay. The food is good, the service is good, and the wait time is not excessive.
