“Don't order the club, and you'll likely be satisfied.”
Reviewed November 13, 2012

For once it wasn't that busy. It's a great spot to share nacho's etc, but sometimes the food isn't overly fabulous. Yesterday (Nov 12/12) things appeared to be okay. Presentation was good, food was fresh, but wasn't outstanding - very basic, but good.

A friend had previously order the club and advised that all should avoid it. It's not like a traditional club, as it contained processed meats and is fairly bland.

I'm almost thinking this place should revamp it's menu; keeping the obviously popular items yet allow for something new and exciting.

“Delicious Ribs!”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

Every Friday Night Paddy's Pub in Kentville is packed. And once you order and eat the ribs you'll understand why! A huge portion accompanied by baked beans or slaw, potatoes, salad or fries and you're HOOKED!

Aside from the food, the service is freindly, and the staff are like a big family. Well done Paddy's.

“ok for a quick beer”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

Maybe the location in Wolfville would have been the better choice.....the atmosphere at Paddy's Pub in Kentville was certainly lacking a bit, outside was nicely decorated for Halloween but inside it all went a bit downhill and looked old and in need of redecorating. Service was very friendly and quick. We did not really feel like eating much because we were saving our appetite for dinner but my husband tried the mozza sticks, they were of course like any other deep fried mozza sticks but came with a nice and apparently homemade dipping sauce. Their very own Raven Ale was very enjoyable. I would not spend an entire evening or a long afternoon at this pub but for a quick bite and quick beer it certainly was totally ok.

Stopped here for lunch last weekend. The Paddy's in Wolfville serves great locally sources food so I was expecting the same in Kentville. After noticing the lack of local choices, I had the raspberry mandarin salad. The portion was small for the price and unfortunately the nuts that were served with it were rancid. A huge disappointment compared to the Wolfville location.
