The wine really was good here; if I'd known it was going to be the best of the five we went to, I would've bought some. A genuinely very good red (the Luckett Millot, for which they didn't grow the grapes), and an excellent, and very interesting dessert wine (muscat icewine). The rest were banal, but still, 2 good of 8 was much, much better than the rest of the trip.

After spending much time in Napa, is nice to see the industry growing here at home. Grand Pre offer a cost effective sampling that is well worth it. They have some great wines also.
