We have stayed here in the past and may do so again.
Room clean and comfortable once we found it.
Reason: at check in, young lady was multi tasking and chat festing with others while attending to my check-in. She got it done eventually in several bites and passed me a room key card with the room number written on the folder.
After the hunt for Red October we came to the conclusion there was no such room. Sloppy handwriting had wasted our time. We went back to the desk, luggage in tow.
Where was our room really?
Since she had verbally told me 561, And the card had 561 written on it, I did not doubt her.
Really it was 501.
Her explanation was, someone else writes the cards and I'm "like" sorry about that.
I would expect that someone who worked there would know that 530's was as high as it went.
I'm "like" disappointed that the check in staff here has such a limited grasp of the English language that "like" seems to be one of the four words in use.
