Not to be missed. Gorgeous hiking and camping. Amazing drive and views. Don't miss Meat Cove, north of the park. We loved it so much we could have spent the whole trip there...

“Where the mountains meet the sea”

Other travelers have posted that this place is " breathtaking", and "gorgeous".
They are right.
If you are in Nova Scotia, it's worth the trip to see the stone washed beaches and the water's blues range from royal blue to teal.
This is one of the cruise excursions offered on a Canada/ New England cruise this past May and well worth the trek/price.

“Spectacular”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2013

I've driven the Cabot Trail through this Park many times, and every time there is some new revelation. Beautiful beaches (Black Rock and Inogonish) with warmer than expected water because the gulf stream goes from Cape Cod, avoiding Maine and southern Nova Scotia, back into land at the Park. Wonderful walks/hikes along serene Warren Lake and the dramatic ocean front along Jack Pine and the soft pleasure of Middle Head which suddenly ends at the edge of the Atlantic. The golf course is astonishingly good, especially considering it's location. Plenty of seasonal food all along the Trail at various towns out of the Park: Seabreeze in Niel's Harbour, Seascape in Ingonish, Rusty Anchor in Pleasant Bay. Lot's of good arts and crafts: Gallery North along the top of the Trail, Lynn Gorey's in Ingonish (featuring great watercolours). Plenty of places to stay. Wonderful people. If it was closer it would be mobbed, but it's not. In the fall you get foliage and a great music festival, in the spring you get wildflowers.

“Breathtaking.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 18, 2013

I can probably only echo what everyone else is saying about this attraction. It is certainly full of great views, wonderful road trips, countless stops, and plenty of hiking for every range of enthusiast. Our favorite views were between Cheticamp and Pleasant Bay. Allow plenty of time to soak in all this attraction has to offer.
