Stayed here for one night with a group in a 2 bedroom cabin. All you need to bring is some groceries and clothes. Cabin comes equipped with anything you need - outdoor bbq, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, stove, pots/pans, papwertowel etc. Only thing missing if needed is a hair dryer. Cabins are very spacious and clean. Easy access to the beach via a pathway across the street. Coffee shop across the street. Great Location. Will definitely return.

Thank you for your wonderful comments. We are glad to here that you enjoyed your stay. Next time you stay with us you will not need to bring a hair dryer as we are currently in the process of adding them to our rooms.

My husband, and I along with our baby had gotten a room here when tourism season was over. The price we paid for the cottage was a good price considering the other places we have stayed along here, which we paid top dollar for, were not half as nice as te cottage we had here. The only complaint I do have is that I found the bedroom lighting to be very dark, and the shower was plogged,( it was the 3rd cabin up from the office) in which the water was almost up to my ankles by the time I finished my shower. It's a nice place to stay, but being familiar with the area I would choose somewhere else if I was looking for a nice view from my room, other than that, I will return again, and recommend this place!

Stayed in a two bedroom cabin for a night. Great accomodation including everything needed for your stay. Very clean, very spacious living area. Cabin contained everything needed for the stay - all utensils, bbq on the deck, two bedrooms - 2 beds and a pull out sofa. Covered deck with seating area. Cabins provide privacy as you're not directly facing or sharing outdoor space with your neighbors. The property provides a walk way to the beach across the street. Close proximity to all attractions, nice coffee shop across the street.

We just stayed here for one night. Very friendly staff. Lovely spot and a great chalet. We were in number 15 which is a 2 bedroom. The chalet had everything we needed for our stay. We had 2 dogs with us and it was an easy place to stay with dogs. The only criticism we had was the mattress which sagged towards the middle quite badly, so likely it is soon time for new mattresses. There is a lovely walk to their beach access and then great beach to walk on. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed here for a night in August and I have to say that it was pretty average. The room we stayed in was nice but the beds (queen bed and sofa bed) were very uncomfortable. I would recommend that the owner update the mattresses.

We were six male friends from Newfoundland golfing at Highland Links--we rented two of the three bed chalets (two private bedrooms and a large pullout). One of the other reviews implied it was a long drive to the course. This is not true; it is about 10 minutes.
The Chalets are spacious and well equipped for self-catering (essentially anything you can think of including a barbecue). Everything was clean and comfortable. The rates are reasonable especially split three ways. Well suited to golfing expeditions.

Nice place, but kind of "summer camp" like. no carpet which makes the rooms not so cozy. You are not really near anything, so you really feel like you are at camp. We were there for golf and the Highland links are not far away. One of the nicest courses i have ever played. Its a bit of a drive to the course, so i would recommend staying that the hotel at the course if you plan on golfing, as they do packages.
