The church steeple can be seen from any place in Cheticamp. The church is constructed of stone and is very old. The inside stained windows are beautiful with an outstanding alter.

Visited with a tour group. This church is located in a very small town, so it was really surprising to see the grand and ornate architecture. The guide gave us a great history of the church and the priest who built it (who is buried in the basement). Worth a stop while on the Cabot Trail.

The church is beautiful and well maintained. The service was in French, and the music was lovely. The sermon was relatively short, but perhaps that is because French is not the priest's first language.
