Good selection of artifacts
Nice display of hooked rugs
there are rugs that represent the presidents of USA and some of the Canadian Prime Ministers which are a work of patience

Displays feature the history of Cheticamp and the accomplishments and tenacity of the Acadians who settled it. A very welcoming place, the museum shows how this amazing community has survived adversity to thrive in relative isolation. Don't miss the highlight, the hand-hooked woollen tapestries of Elizabeth LeFort, whose portraits of queens, popes and presidents hang in Buckingham Palace, the White House and the Vatican.
