“A nice hike!”
Reviewed August 24, 2012

There are 2 options for the hike, a longer trail (about 3-4 km) and a shorter trail (1 km). I went with my 3 children and we loved it. It was a nice hike through the woods. We took the shorter trail, even though the brigde it out we were able to cross underneath. The water was low so there wasn't a huge flow but it was still beautiful. We would go back again!!

“Great hike to the falls”
Reviewed August 23, 2012

The hike to the falls was great. The bridge was out but we could easily cross underneath and it was well worth the crossing.

“Nice hike”
Reviewed August 21, 2012

Once we found the place (could use some better signs with km markings) we had a great hike in this quiet, beautiful spot. Everyone says that they saw signs saying the bridge at the falls is unsafe, but they either walked it anyway (like the people who were leaving as we got there) or jumped over the rocks in the creek below to get to the falls (as we did). The falls were flowing quietly this time of year but still make a spectacular vista in a kind of huge granite bowl formation. One suggestion - Knowing that people ignore warning signs, the folks who oversee the park need to fix the bridge or create a safer path.

“Worth the hike”
Reviewed August 10, 2012

Only 20 minutes each way. Don't worry about the "bridge out" signs. It's easy to cross the stream on the rocks.

“Great Hike”
Reviewed July 31, 2012

We loved it. The walk was beautiful. The locals were lovely. The falls were accessable even tho "the bridge was out". Several walking options allowed us to customize out time frame.
