This museum is extremely well laid out and has done a marvellous job of showing the life of Alexander Graham Bell and his many inventions. Everything was very interesting laid out and I learnt a lot.

This impressive museum, "tucked away" in Baddeck, Canada, is a memorable visit into the life of a man that most Americans think only of having invented the telephone. Inventor, teacher, adventurer, scientist, aviation researcher, creative thinker, loving husband and father all describe this dedicated man. This historical site has done a marvelous job of assembling all these parts of this man, with no loss of the man himself. The exhibits were well done, in varying formats using video, hard displays as well as old photos and drawings. It is out off the beaten path, I think, but a must to visit in northeast Canada.

Excellent museum, one of the nicest we have been to! Full of interesting memorabilia, photos etc. Suitable for all ages. Great little cafe there as well, serving great home made cakes.

Until I toured this very informative museum, I was unaware of the extent to which Mr. Bell was a leader in many areas of research, particularly early aviation. Anyone interested in aviation should spend a few hours at this site.
Additionally, the old interviews of Bell's children and employees were interesting and enlightening.
