We had a 5:30 booking in the fully booked dining room. The menu offered two choices of appetizer and main course and a dessert of Newfoundland berry pudding with Screech sauce. The carrot and orange soup was very nice and the green salad with cranberries and nasturtium was small but colourful. We all chose the hazelnut encrusted salmon with dauphinoise potatoes au gratin and roasted root vegetables. The alternative was lamb shanks. There was plenty to eat and the food was delicious. The best place to eat in Trinity.
