Great price, clean cabin and close to whatever you need. Gail is very friendly and respond to any questions you may have. Next step would be to provide rooms with DVD players for nighttime as rocky harbour is very quiet in the evening. Other wise I would recommend this place to anyone.

We like to be able to prepare our meals when we travel and this cabin was perfect for doing that with both a stove and a BBQ supplied. From Rocky Harbour we had two days to explore the area to the north as far as Cow Head and Western Brook Pond and then went around the Arm to Woody Point and Trout River. At the harbour in Norris Point we saw whales. Our neighbours who were visiting from Gander invited us to join them at their campfire. We thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and independence of this cabin. We have fond memories of the lively show put on by Anchors Aweigh in the Ocean View Hotel which is nearby.

The cabin was nice and location convenient. I would appreciate better kitchen supplies as we cooked our dinners. The area was beautiful and we loved it there. The lobster dinner we cooked was amazing! Great spot for seafood lovers.

My friend and I stayed at C & G Cabins in June. We had a two bedroom cabin which was clean and comfortable. There is so much to see in the Gros Morne area that we did not stay in the cabin very much but it was conveniently located and Gail, the owner, was very helpful in providing tips about the area.

My husband and I stayed at C&G Cabins for 7 nights while we explored the Gros Morne National Park. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit, it was a comfortable size and very clean. The unit is adequately equipped, exactly like it was advertised. The BBQ on the deck facilitated many delicious meals. The free Wi-Fi worked very well, and was particularly helpful when there is no coverage from our cell phones provider in Rocky Harbour. The cabin is quiet, all we could hear was beautiful bird songs. Gail is an angel. I remember she came in at 11 pm to reset the hot water tank breaker that was tripped by a power outage after a storm. The many little things Gail did for her guest showed that she genuinely cares about her guests. Thank you so much, Gail, for your kindness and hospitality, you made the C&G Cabins a home away from home! The beauty of the nature at Gros Morne and the big heart of the Newfoundlanders made our vacation wonderful and unforgettable!

Cabins are clean and adequate, Gail is very friendly and helpful. Because she wasn't too busy, she even upgraded us to a 2 bedroom cabin, which we appreciated so much. We loved the kitchenette, in Rocky Harbour there is a fabulous fish market, we bought fresh cod and mussels, which were better than we ate anywhere on the island. There is both tv and Internet. You have a view of the mountain, but not he harbour, and you will probably find it easiest to drive down to the harbour. I would recommend these cabins.
