For a road side diner, Susie's is a great stop for the traveller. Great authentic NL food, great value, and very good service. Fishcakes, crabcakes and chowder were all great.

A small restaurant, with good traditional food, We really enjoyed her potatoes, they were grilled slices, not deep fried, but as with most traditional food, not heavy in the fresh vegetables! My husband had the pan fried cod, I had the seafood platter, which gave me a bit of everything, including cod tongues, fish and brews , cod and salmon. All done well, dinner cost us about $45 . The view is lovely.

Stopped in here as they advertised home made pea soup. What they don't tell you is that it is frozen in butter containers and they have to thaw it in a microwave before serving it to you. Had I known when I went in I would have left. Will not go back again.

A small restaurant with nice atmosphere and great view of the ocean. Good, basic Newfoundland food.
