Checked in over the phone. Arrived late afternoon on a Thursday. Checked out Saturday morning. Check in went smoothly. Room was ready for us but not very clean. Large cobwebs....dust...hair in tun and on bathroom floor. Red spots (looked like blood) on carpet outside bathroom. No knobs on air conditioner..had to have on full blast or unplug. Cheapest plastic cups I've ever seen int he room. Only ice was at the reception desk, and only available until 8:30 pm. Free continental breakfast was a total joke - although the coffee was good. TV reception was poor to medium. No phone in room. WAY over priced. We did have a good room location, nice view. Entire place needs a good cleaning. Has potential but seems to be neglected. Would NOT stay there again, would NOT recommend it. (did not use the outdoor pool)

Room Tip: Facing the water. Upper level in "adult" building

Way too overpriced for 1970s worn shag in a basement unit. We payed $110....a hole, but clean. Our wifi password did not work, I booked a queen, but was given a double in the basement units. Worn! Worth $50!

We called to find out availability with less than 24 hour notice and they accomodated us. The motel is very close to Hopewel Rocks attraction, and when we checked in to our room we were give a discount admission pass to the park. The location makes it a good choice for those trying the early morning kayak at the park. The rooms were decent, walls were a bit thin and they were doing their best to deal with humidity but things were a bit damp. A breakfast was served in the morning, the spread was fine but there were not enough places for all the guests as everyone tried to eat at the same time and get to the park to see the tides.

Hopewell Rocks Motel and Country Inn is just a minute away from Hopewell Rocks. The rooms are clean and have all you need. As long as you understand that it is a motel and not a 5 star accommodation :-). The restaurant on site is quite good, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

Hopewell Rocks Motel and Country Inn was the first stop of our first travel experience to the East Coast. The view from the waterside rooms are gorgeous and you are just minutes away from one of the most breathtaking views at Hopewell Rocks. The rooms are clean and have all you need. The restaurant had the best haddock and the included breakfast was good as well. The service from the restaurant and Inn was always courteous. The gift shop also had nice souvenirs. We were glad we stayed here because the pleasant experience set the tone for the rest of the trip. Try the kayaking with Baymount Outdoor Adventures. The guided tour was fascinating and you get the best views of the rocks.

We were more than pleased with our accommodations. Very friendly staff, and helpful as well. The room was very adequate with VERY comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was more than most motel offerings- everything fresh, and nice variety. It is perfectly located for visiting the 'rocks', and also for exploring the surrounding are- Albert County has lots to offer for the tourist- steeped in NB history. Loved the covered decks, and very nice view of the water. Very well kept large property. The proprietors are to be commended for their obvious hard work in this competive market. Enjoyed our chats with them as well. Will defintiely return- a great spot.
