I was hoping for something different. I was hoping for that majestic moment or an awe factor. All I felt was claustrophobic around a bunch of tall rocks. There were way to many people. It was nice in a way but it won't be a place I will return to.

Thank you so much for taking the provide feedback and your experience at Hopewell Rocks.

It's unfortunate that your visit did not meet your expectations while you were here. It is our intention to do the best we can to provide our guests with as much information possible to allow the crowds to be here at various times throughout the day, and to explore the several viewing points, walking trails and areas on site. This does help control the congestion; however low tide (walk on the ocean floor experience) and the peak season are the most popular times for visiting our site and the Bay of Fundy area.

I'm here to discuss further if you have any specific suggestions on how to better the experience for you and others questions@thehopewellrocks.ca. We hope that the other aspects of your visit here were memorable, and that you will return in the near future.

Thank you again for your feedback. Annick Robichaud, Manager of Admissions and Group Tours.

THANK YOU everyone for the great feedback! Although we are officially closed, Hopewell Rocks is still accessible. View our website and see how to visit off season (at your own risk). Please make sure you read our safety recommendations and procedures, tide times and how to access the ocean floor. Whether tide is up or out it is a must see. Last time we went to the east coast we all wanted to go to Hopewell Rocks on the way down and on the way home. The food is wonderful also - lobster rolls, chowder are a must. Portion size is great. The experience for the family is one that we all talk about.

We stayed for 3 days in the area. Unbelievable how much difference there is in the tides. Your admission price to the park is good for 2 days so you should be able to see high tide and low tide. Entrance fee was reasonable. Lots of walking and stairs.

We spent the day here exploring . In the morning the tide was in and the views were wonderful then later the same day we returned to the same spot and walked the ocean floor! You have to experience this for yourself it is just breathtaking. Nature in all its Glory! A Must Do if you are in the area!
