“Friendliest place in a friend town”
Reviewed August 2, 2013

Stopped here looking for a coffee to be told they actually were out of the coffee business and moving to become a small takeout restaurant. The person working at the counter was very helpful in guiding me to a place to get a great coffee (just down the road) but not before making his sales pitch on their poutine.
He guarenteed I would agree it is the best ever or my money back and I think that it the only guarentee of its kind I've ever received :) Unfortunately I couldn't take him up on the offer to try their poutine as it wasn't time to eat for us, but I had to write a review to make note of the exceptionally friendly service. I would certainly give their poutine a try if I was ever back there around a meal time.

“Most of the menu is fried.”
Reviewed November 2, 2012

This is one of the few remaining places to eat in Hillsborough. While the food is tasty, the menu is limited. Almost everything that is on the menu comes out of the deep fryer. Having said that, I enjoy burgers and fries and such, however there aren't a lot of healthy choices. There is a limited dessert menu.

“Nice Place”
Reviewed June 2, 2012

Had the poutine which was VERY good. They are a take-out style place with nice atmosphere and a beautiful view of the river. Would definatly go back again next time I'm in the area.

“Must stop along Fundy!”
Reviewed January 12, 2012

This is exactly what the weary road warrior is looking for after hours of driving. This is currently catering towards grab and go food/beverages, with a few sitdown meals. The coffee and poutine are out of this world, well priced and use local produce from the Maritimes and eastern Qc. The owners mentioned this summer they will be changing things up a bit adding, ice cold Moosehead Beer products as well as lobster rolls and fried clams to their menu. With an outdoor view over the Petitcodiac River this will be a must-stop for any tourists exploring the New Brunswick coast in the spring or summer.
Not many people around when I stopped in going through to St John. Parking spaces are limited and need a sign on the building. I was only 80% sure that it was thr right building.

Very friendly, would stop in again for the coffee alone!
