Beautiful spot & great facility. The exercise room and the weights amenities were were excellent. I have been a runner for fifty years and the treadmills in your exercise room are the best I have ever run on..

A very pleasant and comfortable hotel . It has a welcoming ambience . It's in a very good central location and good underground parking . The swimming pool is good with lovely views , the hot tubs too .

Travelling around Canada with APT we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Beds snd room were very clean and presentable. Perfect location for Summer and Winter activities... Access to a large amount of ski runs. Our dinner was excellent service was impecable. Our server was great and truly looked after us.

Clean, up to date, friendly concierge. No air conditioning and fan and appliances were loud but that's why I always travel with ear plugs. Location great if Sun Peaks is your only destination but its 45+ minutes from Kamloops if that's your main (tournament capitol) activity location so plan accordingly.

Thank you for your time in reviewing our services. We truly appreciate your feedback.
The hotel does have air-conditioning year-round as we do have solar gain in winter as well; so, I am not sure where your comment on air conditioning is coming from.
The only exception is that during spring and fall, there are days when we go from Minus to high 20's with-in 24 hours as at that time we have to manage our hallways , so as to not freeze the coils, but that would still not effect the guest rooms.

This is definitely the best hotel in Sun Peaks. Beautiful rooms, great room service, amazing restaurant. The wifi is decent, and the location is prime. The pool and hot tubs are really nice also. Could not fault it.

Overnight stay in Sun Peaks.
Rooms are a good size, clean and bed comfy.
Hotel has full resort facilities which are a huge benefit in a small town.
Lots of tourist buses stop here. Normally a good sign as they are very particular about their requirements.
Breakfast: excellent
Minor things that bugged me:
You have to pay to use their business centre. $2.50 to print a boarding pass! Should now be offered free just like wifi.
The hotel lifts are in need of a major overhaul. Dirty, slow and clunky.

We have planned for a phased renovation and will cover upgrading our elevators shortly , just like we recently completed a major Wi-Fi upgrade.
Our business centre is managed by a third party so they charge basic fees to cover their costs for the services.
