We recently went on a 1hour beginner quad ride with Toby Creek adventures. My father (68), my husband (37) and I (34) all went on passenger atv's with my three kids who are (9), (8), and (5). We all had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the experience. I personally was a little apprehensive at first, because I'd never driven one of these, but our guide was helpful and clear in his initial instruction on how to drive them. He had us practice on a few loops that are right at the base camp and this terrain is much more difficult then anything you go on during the actual trip out. I actually was looking forward to this type of difficulty on our trip, but it would have had to be a shorter trip because of how physical it is to actually drive one of these things! We had one guy in our group who wasn't able to grasp how to maneuver the machines and ended up not doing the ride because of this... I don't think this is typical as everyone else in our group of 9 were all beginners and we managed just fine. Our guide was super nice and friendly and we drove up the mountain side to a lovely lookout point, where we could get off our machines and have a bit of a rest. On the way back down the mountain, half of our group didn't keep up and somehow got lost (not sure how this happened as it was easy to keep up and a fairly simple trail), but interesting to note as this had happened to another group who was on a different ride. Great experience and fun times for those with a good sense of direction!

We did the all day ATV tour with lunch. Our guides, Mike and Shane, were awesome. Mike is very experienced and knew everything about the area. We had so much fun! Shane cooked us a great lunch up at the mine. This is definitely worth it!!

We just returned from a weekend in Panorama and we went on the 2-hour ATV guided tour with Toby Creek Adventures. Actually, we did it twice! We were in Panorama as part of a company weekend and one of the activities was to go ATVing, so my husband and I went on the Saturday and loved it so much that we came back with our two children on Sunday morning.

I can't thank Scott and his team enough - ATVing with our 5 and 7 year old on Sunday morning was the highlight of the weekend. Chris, our guide came in on his day off. He was great too. We managed to push though and made it past the waterfall. We saw deer and even a grizzly bear! All in all, the outfit is very professional, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate. What more could you ask for? We'll definitely be back again with other friends and family and we would highly recommend it. Well done, guys!

We took the full day snow mobile tour. The view along the trail is beautiful. and our guides are friendly. The only thing we are not satisfy is the snow mobile we rent was kind of old. It's mileage was over 10000KM, the wind shield was broken, You can't drive this old horse up to steep hill, and when downhill, it shakes like crazy. So be careful choosing your machine.

Thank you Jon for bringing up a good point. We have a large fleet of snowmobiles and occasionally broken windshields and or blown belts happen while on trips and are missed. We go to great lengths to insure we rent quality machinery to all individuals and if any travellers are unsatisfied with there snowmobiles or ATV's they should tell their guide and we will make every effort to exchange that broken unit with a good machine. We strive to grow on word of mouth and repeat clients... How ever even our new machines occasionally break down.
Thanks for sharing.
