Nice hotsprings! Prefer this to Nakusp's old one and better access/facilities. Nice 1/2 day trip from Revelstoke or Nakusp.

We always take a day from camping in the area to go to the Hot Springs. It's nice to soak and float in the warm pool and the kids loved the bigger pool with splash park.

What a amazing place. The restaurant is great and the area can't be beat. Most up to date hot springs in the area.

We stayed for 1 night on July 21st up in their RV lot. Needless to say it was tighter than a sardine can. The pull through site was not wide enough to even extend our awning and barely fit our Travel Trailer. I had to have a neighbour move his truck in the morning so we could leave.

The restaurant was nice. The service not so great. We waited almost an hour for 3 hamburgers and a kids meal. 1 appy and 1 beer and 100.00 bill. Even the other server said it was too long. Our server just tried to make excuses. It was also not that busy in the restaurant as well. The food was tasty, but the wait was extreme.

The pool for a one time family dip is 38.00. The larger pool on the bottom deck closes as 9:00 pm. The upper 3 pools have a larger 100 degree pool, a hot 107 degree and a plunge pool which is 55 degrees. That will shock your system. The hot spring pools have a nice view somewhat obscured by trees of the upper arrow head lake. I would have also liked to relax in the pool with a drink but not allowed. The wifi was non existant unless you were in the office.

Did not take advantage of the spa offers as we were only there for a 1 night on our way to Calgary.

Unfortunatley due to the size of the RV parking we likely would not return, however relaxing in the pool was very nice.

Poor service. We were given what the staff referred to as an "alternate drop" which means you dont get to choose your meal, you eat whats put in front of you or trade with another guest. They charged $40 for a as it turned out a small chicken dish, and then added an 18% tip to our bill.
Very disappointing.
