We went to the 80th Anniversary party of the N.A.R. Park in Dawson Creek yesterday. Every time I visit the Train Station Visitor Center and Museum I am surprised by the big collection of artifacts from the area and although I am not much for taxidermy, the large collection of animals is impressive and very interesting.
I could have wandered around looking at the museum for the whole afternoon. We watched part of a movie about the construction of the Alaska Highway, had coffee and goodies too.
Its a great place to go.
