We have had take-out from Hui's three times and had lunch in the restaurant once. The lunch menu was very limited and I didn't think that the Wonton soup that came with our lunch was anything special. However, everything tasted fine. As others have said, the restaurant itself is much like a cafeteria. I have been happy with the take-out menu. My husband says that everything tastes the same and it is true that much of it tastes similar but it does all taste very good! We 'upgraded' our dinner of 8 and got the 'House' fried rice which was worth the extra couple of dollars. It included several large, moist and delicious shrimp. My favourite is the Kung Poo Chicken. It is pleasantly spicy which sets it apart from the other dishes. The Crispy Ginger Beef is not crispy. It tasted similar to the Sweet and Sour Pork. I think next time we will try the Szechuan Beef and see if we like that better. Overall a good meal with lots of leftovers!
