We thought this was a nice hotel and think that our room had recently been updated. We soon got acquainted with what Pincher Creek had to offer thanks to friendly advice from the reception staff.
Internet was terrible and was not really worth using. I mentioned it on checking out and hopefully something will be done to improve this.
Yet another kiddies swimming pool which meant we were not inclined to use it for a relaxing swim.
Breakfast was poorly organised with no one apparently keeping an eye on it and topping it up. We gave up trying to put together a decent breakfast.
The staff in reception gave the impression of being extremely friendly but not always professionally on the ball.
There were noisy guests on our floor and although their rooms were not right next to ours, did disturb our evening. So sound proofing not good. Luckily the noise did not continue into the night so we had a good night's sleep in comfortable beds.
Bathroom was excellent. And we had china cups instead of the miserly paper ones most hotels provide these days. And I could even read "Shampoo" on the Ramada bottle when showering. Full marks to them for that and minus points to all the other chains we have stayed at.
There was a full "kitchenette" with sink, fridge and microwave but no crockery (apart from the cups) or cutlery.
Probably the best place to stay in Pincher Creek.
