I went to the new Longhorn Steakhouse on opening night, Sept 23, 2013. I was alone so I sat at the bar rather than wait for a table. Two young bartenders took care of me, and they kept up well with the busy pace. The food was very good; the steak cooked medium rare as I like it.
The only downside is a bright light in a freezer shines in the eyes of guests seated at the bar every time the door is opened.
As I was leaving, a young man thanked me for coming and said good night. I was glad he had been well trained.
