The reception area was nice, but I found only one receptionist nice and helpful, don't know her name, I asked to borrow some sellotape, and it was no problem
The barman Callum, was very nice and helpful and new his job, a credit to the hotel
The rooms were a bit basic and shower in bathroom was too small and needed upgraded
The restaurant for breakfast and dinner, I can honestly say has been the worst I've ever been in, the staff certainly need trained in their job and customer care, one of them only thought of feeding herself, standing in the dining room in front of guests stuffing her face while her work mates are running around
The pool area is lovely with a little pool bar, and a restaurant at the other end, I can honestly say the food and service here is totally different than inside the hotel, we ate here a few times and it was brilliant every time, a big thank you to the man outside getting people into the restaurant, can't remember his name (sorry)
The area where the hotel is situated is brilliant, walking distance to everything, shops, bars, restaurants and beach
There is a little office outside on the beach side, the woman had short red hair, (don't know her name) where we booked all our trips from and there was never a problemMore
