After reading all the bad reviews I was a little afraid to go there, but since my family already booked it I had to.

I went there with to other couples with children and the kids loved the hotel.
2/3 times a day it has some dance classes for children, by the pool.

The rooms are spacious and had a balcony to the pool side, I loved the view.

The food was good, there are always salads, fruits and sweets and 2/3 meal options.

we brought a PC with us, but we didn't risk and put it in hotel's save.
There is a exchange booth in the hotel, I advise you to exchange there the rate may be a little lower but atleast you won't pay fees.

Sadly the Wifi is realy bad :/

I would definetly go back there.

I can understand that Bulgaria is still behind and economically a poor country. However this hotel is no way a four star in Western terms. I actually had a look at their sister hotel next door which is just a three star and it looked and offered a better a better service. I am not the only one with the same opinion. Spoken to various other couples from various nationalities and have the same opinion. So if you think your booking a four star hotel, be prepared that your not going to get one.

Staff wise were, friendly, helpful but do suffer a language barrier. You would expect on the main reception for them to understand a simple question ''do you have a pen please'' In general happy.

As a lot of people have commented the lifts are terrible, shall not swear but I have quiet a lot of times during the last 8 days. Exercise is welcome and I use the stairs to the 8th floor. The reception said that they are broken and an electrician shall repair them shortly. Well nothing so far. Simple problem is they lack logic. I'm on floor 8 and waiting. The lift is a floor above and does not stop on its way down. Goes to floor 1 and then to floor 7 and all the way back down. Basically who presses the button first gets it and then goes to where he/she wants.

The Wifi is very very poor. You get better reception by the pool then in your room.

The hotel in general is clean. There a few patches where someone spilt food and its not been cleaned all week. Mainly in the stairways. Rooms are cleaned well (thanks to generous tips,) I get a different fold design on my duvet each morning :) If your expecting working air con, then think again. Its just a fan and blows warm air and again all others I spoke to said the same. The fridge in the room is actually an Oven. Does not cool. Its hidden in a cupboard which has no ventilation thus when you up the door your hit with a heat wave and just adds heat to the room. With no air con its not good. If you leave the door open to the balcony, you get a nice draft but with music playing till 4am you can't leave it open. Does not matter what side you get the room, its all the same.

The outdoor pool is great but its not just for this hotel. Its shared by three hotels. Its now coming out of season, so there is space. However if traveling here in season. Leave your towel out over night!

I noticed a few people left good reports on the Restaurant Chouchoura. Its a repetitive canteen. I've eaten enough tomatoes and cucumbers to last me till next year. The food is just about the same day in day out! Breakfast cucumber, tomato, mixed cucumber and tomato. Scrambled eggs, fried bread and sausages bye. Same every day. Whats not eaten becomes lunch or dinner. Pasta and cut up sausages (frank ferta sausages) If your not a fan of dill, then your out of luck as its in just about everything and lots of it. Really disappointed. To add your nearly trampled by the stampede of Russians trying to get to the food. They really have no manners. Normally people go round in a queue but not this lot. Go straight to the item they want and if your standing in the way, they take no notice.

Regarding drinks. Must say their cola and sprite's etc are really good. Best i've had regarding all inclusive hotel stuff. Beer is good too. The wine really DON'T bother. the red I would relabel to Ribena and the white if chilled to minus 10 is ok.

The last quibble, how can it be all inclusive, if you have to pay for milk, tea and coffee after 6pm.

Thus all in all. An average hotel but not to stay for two weeks. One week is more then enough. You will at least not get bored of the repetitive Restaurant Chouchoura. There is not much to do in general here. There is the old town of Nessebar, which is a half day trip, otherwise, enjoy the beach and pool, and getting hustled every 5 metres to have a drink or buy a fake Rolex watch. Happy holidays all.

Room Tip: Get a room on the 2nd / 3rd floor. Don't stay for more then a week. Wifi is best by the pool or not at all.

Very nice hotel with very good quality of meal in Chouchoura restaurant. Short distance to the see. Near surrounding area was very quiet. Hotel staff was friendly. Glass cups were missing. Only plastics.

The rooms are small but cosy and clean, we weren`t with seaview but our view was very nice too. The pool is big and warm, the waterslides are safe and funny for children. The garden is big and there are lots of flowers. The food was delicious but there wasn`t a great choice. It is quite at night and the sleep is comfortable
We were there in May and the weather was nice.
I dont think I`ll visit it again but we had a very nice time there :)
